Information for all those wishing to hire these rooms

A range of halls and meeting rooms are owned and managed by West Bridgford Methodist Church. When not required for church use, they may be hired by other approved users, subject to certain conditions and completionof a signed booking form.

There is a supplementary charge for each booking, reflecting the caretaker costs, where the group requires a room to be laid out with tables and chairs.
Requests for room bookings can only be made using the booking form which is available as a pdf download ( Lettings Form 2011-12 ) or collected from the church foyer, and returned in the black posting box adjacent. Telephone bookings cannot be accepted as a signature is required to confirm the conditions of hire.

Regular bookings must be confirmed by submitting a form a month before the start of the next school term. Terms are defined as 1^st January – Good Friday, Easter Monday – 31^st August and 1^st September – 31^st December each year.

Occasional bookings for other sessions, and any cancellations of existing bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.

All users must abide by the Code of Conduct, for Room Users, which is available as a pdf download ( Code of Conduct 2011 ) and ensure that they submit a signed copy with their booking form. They must also have the necessary Public Liability Insurance of £5 million to safeguard both group members and the other users of this church and community building.

It is important for Health and Safety that the rooms and shared areas are left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of each session, and that the group members do not gather on the stairs or in the hallway.
